The structure of this 2300 sq foot home was sound; however, nothing had been done over the past 40 years to update the appliances or interior appearance. We had about 8 weeks to transform this home from sleeping caterpillar to brilliant butterfly.
We began by tearing out walls, which opened up the floor plan and lightened the 22 foot hallway. We also removed carpet and countertops, and replaced appliances. We added cherry cabinets, granite in the kitchen, marble in the bathrooms, white oak hardwood floors, and crown molding. It was an amazing transformation in just a few short weeks.
